An aspiring industrial engineer combining engineering precision with a business-driven mindset to create sustainable, socially impactful initiatives

Ghassan is a fourth-year Industrial Engineering student at Northeastern University in Boston, with an expected graduation date of May 2026. His management consulting internship at PwC, process improvement internship at TJX, and various program projects have equipped him with a broad skill set and exposure to industries such as logistics and procurement, energy, manufacturing, technology, and retail. Ghassan is actively seeking full-time opportunities to continue exploring fields within industrial engineering and consulting.
A recipient of the STEM scholarship, awarded to the top 30 students nationwide for academic excellence, Ghassan is also a dedicated campus leader. As a Presidential Ambassador, he represents the office of the president at campus events and contributes to enhancing the student experience. He serves as Vice President of the International Students in Business Club and has held leadership roles in various student organizations, including Operations Lead for Generate, the premier student-led product development club, Finance Chair for the Industrial Engineering Club, and Associate Director of the Entrepreneurs Club.
In his free time, Ghassan has a passion for perfumery and collects niche cologne pieces, appreciating the artistry behind each fragrance. He also enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and hiking, always seeking new adventures and experiences. In addition, Ghassan is committed to giving back through volunteering, helping others and contributing to his community in meaningful ways.
